- 1 can of frozen lemonade from concentrate (thawed)
- 1/2 cup basil, cut into thin slivers
- 4 T olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 4 pork chops
- Combine first four ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup for basting.
- Marinate pork chops for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
- Grill pork chops for about 20 minutes, turning several times and basting with the reserved marinade each time.
Time: 5 minute prep, 1-2 hours to marinate, 20 minutes to grill
