We do our best to meal plan, as both of us have found it to be a time and money saver in the long run. Sure, it can be a pain to find the time to meal plan, but the payoff is big throughout the week. You think about it once and then aren't forced to think about it every day of the week as you stare into the freezer or pantry hoping something jumps out and says, "Make me!" Nor are you as likely to have to run to the store for that one missing ingredient.
